In my commitment to provide the best experience to all my clients and out of respect and consideration of my time and yours, I have implemented the following policies:
Payments are made at the time of booking.
Clients are asked to arrive to their appointments before their scheduled appointment time. New clients are to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Established clients are to arrive 5-10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. This allows enough time for the intake process to be completed before the actual appointment time.
A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays a client may encounter while traveling to their appointment. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, the client will be given the option of either being seen that day as a walk-in, if the schedule permits, or rescheduled for a later date. This process will ensure clients that do arrive on time are seen in a timely manner.
No Show/Cancellation Policy:
A “No Show” is a client who fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without providing a 24 hour cancellation notice. A 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling notice is required by all clients. Failure to do so will result in a $30.00 penalty fee. If a client schedules an appointment after the 24-hr cancellation notice requirement, but is unable to keep their appointment, they will also be charged a $30.00 penalty fee. If you would like to cancel and not reschedule an appointment and want your deposit back you have to 24-hrs after you made your appointment get a refund. Some exceptions can be made due to emergencies or inclement weather.
All clients will have no more than three (3) no show appointments and/or cancelled appointments.
All clients who have three (3) no show appointments and/or cancellations will no longer be permitted to schedule appointments and will only be seen on a walk-in basis.
Cant find a sitter? Don't worry children are welcomed.
Clients under the age of 18 receiving a massage must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the entire session. Informed written consent must be provided by parent or legal guardian for any client under the age of 18. Children under the age of 15 cannot be left unsupervised.

Infection control guidance from CDC reminds healthcare providers that COVID-19 is spread primarily through person to person contact. Infectious, respiratory droplets produced when someone with COVID-19 coughs, sneezes or speaks, can land on the eyes, mouth or nose of an uninfected person, or be inhaled by an uninfected person standing close by. Smaller droplets may hang in the air for a period of time, while heavier droplets fall to surfaces.
No matter the overall health of the client, or myself, the massage therapist, I must apply infection prevention practices with strict attention to protect my clients and myself from the spread of infection. Therefore, I will be implementing these changes:
Sessions are by Appointment ONLY.
Please arrive 15minutes early to go over any necessary paperwork
· Upon arrival clients will be provided and asked to complete a COVID-19/informed consent sheet and a no-contact thermometer reading.
· When entering the studio, handwashing shall be performed and shoes must be removed.
· Both I and the client must wear a face mask and/or a face shield during the session. If you do not have one I will be happy to provide you with one.
· Gloves may be worn upon the clients’ request.
· Unless a person is a guardian or child, no other person will be allowed during the session.
· The CDC suggests that COVID-19 infected respiratory droplets can be dispersed when people talk. For this reason, talking is limited to communication about pressure, warmth, and comfort during session. Pre-consultations can be done over the phone or video chat the day before the appointment.
· Scalp and face massages are not available at this time.
I will ask all of my clients to notify me in the case if they have tested positive for COVID-19 within 2 weeks of the massage session. This will allow me to self-isolate until I can obtain testing and be cleared of infection. If you believe you need a COVID-19 testing, contact your primary healthcare provider for consultation and guidance. COVID-19 testing may also be available at your urgent care facility as well as select pharmacy locations
